"Hello and WELCOME to our Maryland Roofing Services and Roof Repair Website"

. . . from Bill Thomas Jr.

I've been a professional roofer for over 30 years, so I've seen a lot of home roofing projects.  But what I have found over my years of helping customers is that most folks really DO agonize over dealing with roofers and roofing repair companies.  "How Do I Choose a Good Roofing Contractor?" or "How Do I Know What I'm Getting?" are the first quesions that most folks think would be easy to answer.  But, in reality . . .

"Most homeowners find it very difficult and time consuming to try to find a reliable roofer or roofing services company that they can TRUST enough to just get an estimate!

You just want a good, honest roofer and a good job, completed on time.  But here are some actual concerns that I hear all the time:

Making Roofing Decisions"Why is it so difficult to get a roofer to come out and give us a price?" and "Why don't they ever show up for appointments?"

"How do I know what I'm getting for my money?  They gave me a price for repairs, but didn't even get on my roof and inspect or analyze the problem."

"Why did the price double after the contractor started work?  He didn't mention that additional damage could be found. Isn't there some way to plan for that?  The old roof was already torn off and my home was exposed to the elements, . . . and there was rain in the forecast . . . and I had to make a quick decision under pressure."

"How do I know for sure that the work was done properly?  I can't get up there and inspect it myself."

Sound unbeliveable? It doesn't have to be that way.

"If you have a roofing problem, all you want is an accurate diagnosis, a choice of solutions, a reasonable price, and an assurance that the job will be and has been done correctly.  Wouldn't it be nice if your roofing contractor would just offer you these things?"

   A thorough roof inspection.
A comprehensive analysis with professional recommedations.
Solid documentation - pictures, diagrams, written contract
A professionally installed certified roofing system
Verification that the job was done correctly

Meaningful guarantees to back up the work

Consumer Groups and the Better Business Bureau will tell you to get three estimates and make sure the contractor is licensed, insured, and bonded, and don't always take the lowest price.  Well sure, these are the basics, and you should do them, but. . .

"You really need to find the roofing contractor that has an easy to follow, proven system, with a good track record worthy of YOUR TRUST"

That's why some time ago I developed our Home Restorations Easy Five Step Roof System.  By design it is EASY and provides verification of good, conscientious workmanship.  No more just hoping in the spirit of "good faith", wondering if your new roof  really will be or has been done correctly.  Here's what we provide to put your mind at ease:

Step #1 - A Complete Inspection from a 30 year Pro who "gets up on your roof" and evaluates every nook and cranny.

Step #2 - A comprehensive analysis of all existing conditions with professional recommendations and affordable options.

Step #3 - A detailed written proposal for your complete protecion. No pressure and no guessing, and you can review the info in private at your convenience.

Step #4 - Before, during, and after photos - Digital proof sent to your computer that nothing was overlooked or hidden!  Again, no guesswork.

Step #5 - And finally, you are protected by Two Powerful Warranties; A materials warranty from the manufacturer for up to a lifetime, and a labor warranty against leaks for up to ten (10) years.

"Bill Thomas was fantastic!  Far better work than I could have expected.  We needed roof repairs for a two-year old house.  He got to the job quickly, but gave us a price break because we had to wair for him to finish another job.  When he got on the roof, he found the builders had not properly attached a stand pipe.  that led to the damage, and a potentially dangerous carbon monoxide build up in the attic -- something my wife and I had never expected.  Mr. Thomas documented the damage and repairs -- clearly showing the missing seals on the stand pipe -- with a digital camera.  The construction flaw is apparently pretty common in our new neighborhood. . . and I'm passing the warning -- and a recommendation for Mr. Thomas on to my neighbors."

Roof Estimate Time Saving TipTIME SAVING ROOFING TIP

Getting roofing estimates and meeting with salesmen can be aggravating and can take up a lot of your time.  So by using our 5 step system, we can use the power of the internet to save some of your valuable time. I'll post your information in a place on this web site specially reserved for you - - and send you a link that only you will know.  That way, you can study and evaluate the pictures and information according to your own schedule - not someone else's.  In fact, since everyone seems to be very busy these days, I usually do the initial inspection first, without you needing to be home (of course, it's fine if you are).  Our comprehensive inspection takes a little more time than what most other estimators take, so maybe I can help save you some time this way.  All I need is your permission to get up on your roof and perform the inspection, report, take a bunch of pictures, prepare the roofing estimate, and I'll have your information ready for you to evaluate right away. click here to see how it works

I want to personally thank you for visiting our Home Restorations Roofing Services and Roof Repair Website and I promise you that we will take very good care of you, your home, and your roof.  And, if you sign up now for your FREE Roof Estimate, I'll throw in at no cost the upgraded version of our comprehensive roof inspection, a $197 value.  This is the same paid inspection we provide to prospective homebuyers and Real Estate Agents!  So please hurry, this is a valuable limited time offer that I may discontinue at any time.

"Mr. Thomas was the best.  We lost roofing shingles during a heavy wind storm recently and they were calling for rain 3 days later. Needless to say, we wanted the roof fixed before then.

Mr. Thomas contacted us right away, gave an estimate, and was there to perform the work within 48 hours.  The work was awesome (even better than what was already there).  He left us a CD containing pictures of the work before, during, and after the repairs were made.

We'll be using him for other things in the near future and would definitely recommend him to others."
